just, you know, further. So shipping varies based on purchase value and destination. International customers may
also incur custom duties, surcharges, VAT, tax, or other similar charges levied on orders. It depends where you live.
US loose diamond orders over $500 are overnighted via FedEx after processing. Those same order types under $500
are sent via FedEx two-day shipping. Processing and handling takes just 1-2 business days. Our international friends
can pick the shipping option that suits. All custom jewelry orders follow the same protocols.
Most importantly, all orders are fully insured, regardless of value or location. Oh, and we only deliver to physical
addresses; no PO boxes. Signatures are always required by an adult. So don’t worry; if you have a toddler, they can’t
sign for it. And lose it. That’d be bad.
Not happy with your purchase? No worries. Send it back in its original, unworn condition within 30 days, and we’ll refund you in full. For US customers, we’ll also cover your return shipping upto three times per customer. International customers will be forced to cover costs, which again varies based on value and location. Loose diamonds must be returned with the original certification. If you’ve lost it, we’ll deduct $150 from your refund to cover the cost. To make a return, just contact customer service (1.888.275.2684) and they’ll help you out. We’ll process your refund within two weeks of receiving your item.
